Service Description

Start with a 30 to 40-minute visit to discuss your current health concerns, medical history, and any recent labs. Dr. Ireland writes up a personalized summary of the visit and Action Plan. Your Plan may include nutritional supplements, diet or lifestyle recommendations, and/or further lab orders and targeted questionnaires, or referrals. A 2nd 40 minute Video or Phone Call session can then be used to review your progress and any new lab results, and to plan "next steps". For support, during a 4-month period, you can avail yourself of brief follow-up phone calls or emails to have your questions and concerns responded as you implement changes.
